Samsung had introduced various different devices lately, including their all-new flagship phablet, the Galaxy Note 7, and some other gadgets like the Gear Fit 2 fitness tracker, Gear IconX earbuds and the new Gear VR headset. The company did introduce these products recently, but as it’s usually the case, they were not announced for all markets. Indian market is a good example, but luckily for Indian consumers, Samsung has opted to introduce all four of those devices today in India. We’ve already covered the announcement of the Galaxy Note 7, and are here to talk more about the remaining three products, read on.

The Gear Fit 2 is Samsung’s new fitness tracker which sports a 1.5-inch 216 x 432 Curved Super AMOLED display, along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of native storage. This device is fueled by a dual-core SoC, and comes with a 200mAh battery. The Gear Fit 2 is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance, while it comes with Bluetooth 4.2. The Gear Fit 2 ships with Tizen OS which is compatible with Android 4.4+ OS smartphones, and those smartphones need to have at least 1.5GB of RAM. The Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds, on the other hand, are splash resistant (P2i Nano Coating), and ship with Bluetooth 4.1. The 47mAh battery comes inside of these earbuds, while the charging case packs in a 315mAh unit. These earbuds are also compatible with devices running Android 4.4+ which ship with at least 1.5GB of RAM. The new Samsung Gear VR headset was also announced in India today. This headset has a field of view of 101 degrees, and it is compatible with the Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge+ handsets. The device measures 207.8 x 122.5 x 98.6mm, while it weighs 345 grams.

The Samsung Gear Fit 2 comes in small and large sizes, and it costs Rs. 13,990 ($209) in India. This fitness tracker will become available for purchase at the end of this month. The Gear IconX earbuds are priced at Rs. 13,490 ($202), and will also be available later this month, says Samsung. The Samsung Gear VR headset comes in Blue Black color variant, and is priced at Rs. 7,290 ($109) in the country. The device will become available alongside the Galaxy Note 5 on September 2nd, and those of you who pre-order the Galaxy Note 7 will get a discount on the Gear VR, and will be able to purchase it for just Rs. 1,990 ($30).
