The Meizu MX6 is one of Meizu’s latest smartphones. This smartphone was announced last month, and even though it is not exactly the company’s new flagship, it’s not far from it. The Meizu MX6 and PRO 6 actually sport similar specifications, and they’re not all that different in terms of looks either. The Meizu MX6 does come with a compelling spec sheet, but despite that, it’s also quite affordable. The phone is priced at 1,999 Yuan in China, which is the equivalent of $300. This teardown procedure comes from a Chinese portal called IT168, which is a site that provided tons of similar material in the past. According to the source, it is really not difficult to repair the Meizu MX6, mostly because the device is fairly easy to tear apart, and put back together. You won’t even need many tools in order to repair this device, all you’ll need is the right screwdriver, and a suction cup, that’s more or less it. The Meizu MX6 features a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) display, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage (non-expandable). The phone is fueled by the Helio X20 64-bit deca-core processor, and the Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The 12-megapixel camera (f/2.0 aperture, 1.25um pixel size) with PDAF is placed on the back of the device, and a 5-megapixel shooter can be found up front. The 3,060mAh battery (+fast charging) is also a part of this package, while Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed with the company’s Flyme UI installed on top of it. The phone comes in Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, Silver and Gray color variants, while it measures 153.6 x 75.2 x 7.3mm, and weighs 155 grams.
