It was reported a couple of days ago that Meizu’s Flyme OS is coming to a number of third-party smartphones, and that has just happened. Meizu has officially announced that you can install their Flyme OS on a number of third-party devices, though do keep in mind that the company announced only a first batch of smartphones to which Flyme OS is officially available, more devices will be added in the future.

That being said, you’re probably wondering what this list looks like, well, it’s a rather long list actually, Meizu has released Flyme 6 OS for 60 third-party smartphones, though do keep in mind that all of those builds are now in beta. Meizu’s Flyme 6 OS is now available for a number of a number of phones from Samsung, Xiaomi, Coolpad, Lenovo, ZTE, Nubia, Huawei, OnePlus, Google, HTC, LG and Sony, while a couple of additional phones have been added as well. You can now install Flyme 6 OS to the OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 3, OnePlus X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 6, Samsung Galaxy S6, Sony Xperia Z3, LG G2, LG G3, HTC One M8, and a ton of other smartphones. The list is so big that it doesn’t make much sense listing out every device separately, you can find a full list of smartphones by clicking the source link down below. This link will take you to Meizu’s official website where you will be able to see all the phone’s listed along with their respective manufacturers, so you can easily filter them.

That being said, do keep in mind that you will need to flash Flyme 6 on your smartphone, presuming that it is on the list, of course. We do not suggest you to do that if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing, as you could easily brick your smartphone. Meizu’s Flyme 6 OS is somewhat different than other Android-based skins you had a chance to see, that applies to the vast majority of you for sure. Flyme’s UI comes without an app drawer, and it’s quite simplistic, while it’s also quite functional at the same time. In any case, if you’d like to try it out, follow the source link down below and see if your smartphone is on the list.
